Hourly service keeps a car available between planned stops. NYC sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in at $120 and $150. S-Class and Sprinter start at $175 and $200; the booking form confirms the final price. All classes have a three-hour minimum: $360, $450, $525 and $600 respectively.

When an assistant, travel coordinator or concierge books for a passenger, both need the same trip details. Send the passenger contact, itinerary and any billing requirements with the request. Confirm account terms and availability before reserving.

Airport jobs need flight, terminal or FBO, and meeting instructions. City days need every stop and whether the chauffeur should wait.
Hourly service fits a day with waiting between stops. Local point-to-point starting minimums are $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV; airport and regional journeys need their own quote.
Ask about tolls, parking, waiting, overtime, extra stops, and how the total is billed. A displayed hourly rate is not the complete trip total.
Include any billing reference you need and review your reservation confirmation before travel.
Reserve a point-to-point transfer when the pickup and destination are settled. Choose hourly service when the chauffeur should remain available through meetings, shopping or an event. Include the full sequence of stops and the planned finish location so the quote matches the journey.
Send the airport, operating flight number and arrival date, then confirm the current meeting instructions. JFK, LaGuardia and Newark use different pickup arrangements; Teterboro needs the FBO and flight contact. Count the luggage separately from the passengers and report changes before travel.
