NYC operations desk · Midtown focus
A private chauffeur service run out of the Plaza District. We work with hotel concierge desks, executive assistants booking on behalf of principals, and Manhattan residents who need a car to be exactly where it was promised.
Who we drive
Concierge desks call when a guest needs a car held for a late flight, or a return moved from two hours to three. Assistants call when a principal’s afternoon changes and the pickup has to change with it. Neither wants to explain the situation twice.
So we keep the roster small and the dispatch close. The person answering at eleven at night knows which hotel entrance you meant, and which door at JFK Terminal 4 is the one that actually works at that hour.
JFK, LaGuardia, Newark and Teterboro, in both directions. Flights are tracked, so a delay moves the pickup rather than costing you the car.
A chauffeur held for the afternoon or the evening. Used for viewings, multi-stop days, dinners, and schedules that are not settled when the car is booked.
Teterboro and the FBO terminals, timed to the tail number rather than a published schedule. Curbside handoffs for guests who would rather not wait inside.
The same route at the same hour on a recurring basis, with the same chauffeur where we can manage it. Billed monthly rather than per trip.
We keep the fleet narrow on purpose. Every vehicle is black on black, current model year, and cleaned between assignments rather than at the end of a shift.

Corporate accounts
Most of our volume is booked by someone who will not be in the car. Accounts are set up so that assistants, office managers and travel desks can move quickly without chasing receipts afterwards.
One monthly statement instead of a receipt per trip, itemised by passenger, date and route.
Trips tagged to a department, matter number or client code at the time of booking, so rebilling is not a reconstruction exercise.
One person who knows the account, reachable directly, rather than a general queue and a ticket number.
Licensed vehicles, insured and vetted chauffeurs, and a record of who travelled where provide the documentation a travel policy actually requires.
Preferences held on file per traveller: vehicle, pickup point, temperature, whether to call on arrival.
The overnight line reaches dispatch, not voicemail. Late arrivals and schedule changes are handled when they happen.
Terminal geography, customs timing and the tunnel you take back matter more than the distance. Each airport page covers pickup points, realistic timing, and when to book earlier than feels necessary.

Before you book
A day’s notice is comfortable for most trips. Airport runs during the morning and evening peaks, and anything on a holiday weekend, are worth booking earlier. Same-day requests are usually possible. Call rather than book online, and we will tell you honestly whether we can cover it.
We track the flight, so the pickup moves with it. You do not need to call and rebook. If a delay runs long enough that the chauffeur cannot stay, we tell you before it becomes your problem rather than after.
Yes, at all four airports. For arrivals into JFK and Newark that is usually worth it, particularly with luggage or with guests who have not landed here before. At LaGuardia curbside is often faster. We will say which we would do.
Most of ours are. Concierge desks and executive assistants book for guests and principals continuously, and we keep preferences on file so the details do not have to be repeated. Billing can sit with the booker rather than the passenger.
Reserve online for straightforward trips. If the trip has moving parts, such as a schedule not yet fixed, several vehicles, or a guest arriving on private aviation, the Email-us desk is cleaner and routes details to someone who can actually decide.
