Which airport transfer
The meeting rule follows the airport and the terminal. The fare follows the addresses.

Arrivals at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark
Use the airport-specific instructions linked below. JFK Terminal 5 and 7 arrivals currently require the Howard Beach pickup arrangement in the airport advisory. LaGuardia has different meeting locations at A, B and C. At Newark, follow the terminal’s ground-transportation signs. Confirm the current instructions for your reservation before walking to the car.
Westchester County Airport (HPN)
Arrange the HPN transfer ahead of travel with the airline flight, date and full destination address. For a private flight, use the FBO address and contact supplied by the flight operator. Follow the confirmed meeting instructions for that arrival and have the party and bags ready before coordinating an active terminal-curb pickup.
Departure planning
Work backward from the airline’s recommended arrival time. Add time for retrieving stored luggage, assembling the party and reaching the vehicle before road travel. Provide the departure flight, origin entrance and every intermediate stop. Notify the booking contact if an earlier appointment changes the departure plan.
Waiting and luggage
Ask the quote to state when waiting starts, what allowance applies and how additional time is charged. Count bags, strollers and equipment separately from passengers. Request child seats or additional boarding assistance in advance and confirm availability; these are not implied by choosing an SUV.
Private aviation
For Teterboro, supply the FBO, tail number and flight contact. Ramp access and the passenger meeting point require specific confirmation. If the transfer continues through a meeting or event, request an hourly itinerary instead of assuming an airport car remains available.
Arrival, departure, and a connection between airports
An arrival is passenger-ready time after bags and the meeting procedure. A departure is built backward from the airline’s airport guidance and the door you are leaving. A connection between JFK and Newark, or any other pair, needs both flights and the onward airline’s check-in time. The car cannot guarantee the connection.
Sedan and SUV point-to-point starting minimums of $130 and $160 are not airport fares. Ask the quote to list tolls, waiting, parking and any meeting charge. If the car must stay for meetings after the hotel, that portion is hourly, with a three-hour minimum, and should be compared with a simple transfer.

Questions before booking
When is the trip confirmed?
An airport request is confirmed when the written confirmation shows the operating flight, meeting plan, vehicle class, addresses and the full price. Sending the form or starting the widget is only the request.
Which flight number do you need?
The operating flight, the date, and the terminal when you know it. A codeshare marketing number alone can point at the wrong terminal.
Can one airport booking cover a cruise terminal as well?
Only if the cruise terminal, ship and the line’s boarding instructions are on the reservation. An airport trip does not include a port unless it is listed.
