Three-hour minimum for hourly service. E-Class and Escalade hourly rates include gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter rates are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. These images illustrate vehicle classes; the assigned vehicle and configuration are confirmed with your reservation.

Seating and bags need separate checks

The seat count is only one part of vehicle fit. List checked cases, carry-ons, strollers, sports equipment and other large items. Confirm the assigned configuration before booking, particularly when all seats will be occupied. Photos illustrate the class and do not confirm an exact vehicle.

Requests to settle before travel

Ask about child-seat availability, boarding requirements and any equipment that must travel with the party. Ordinary chauffeur vehicles are not automatically wheelchair accessible or medical transport. For groups needing several cars, agree on passenger assignments and a contact for each vehicle.

Check the fit before booking.

Use the passenger and luggage planner, then send the item list and any boarding requirements for a fit check.

Vehicle questions

Choosing your car

Which vehicle classes can I request?

Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Cadillac Escalade, Mercedes-Benz S-Class and Mercedes Sprinter. Confirm the assigned model and configuration before travel.

What are the hourly rates?

E-Class hourly service is $120 and Escalade is $150, all-in for gratuity and fees, with three-hour totals of $360 and $450. S-Class starts at $175 per hour ($525 for three hours) and Sprinter starts at $200 per hour ($600 for three hours); the booking form confirms the final price. All four classes have a three-hour minimum.

How many passengers fit in the Escalade?

The SUV class accommodates up to six passengers. Confirm luggage fit for the assigned vehicle, especially when every seat will be occupied.

How many people fit in a Sprinter?

Confirm the seats and luggage space for the assigned van before booking. The vehicle photo does not establish capacity; different seating layouts leave different amounts of bag space.

When should I choose the S-Class?

Request the flagship sedan when you want the S-Class cabin. For any class, check the passenger count and bag sizes against the assigned vehicle rather than choosing by cabin preference alone.

Is an airport transfer the same as hourly service?

A direct airport transfer is quoted for its itinerary. A three-hour Sprinter booking starts at $600 when the vehicle is retained hourly; confirm any additional charges in the quote.
