Say which Rolls-Royce you mean
A useful request names the model you have in mind, such as a Ghost or a Phantom, or says that you need the marque and will accept the model that can be confirmed. A Cullinan is the SUV shape and has its own page, because bags, boarding and passenger count lead people to it for different reasons. Color, if it matters, has to be in the request. 'A Rolls' is not enough to price or to promise.
What the confirmation has to contain

If we cannot confirm a car for your date, the honest result is no Rolls-Royce booking, and you can still request a published class.
Itinerary details that change whether a car can be discussed
Send the date, start address, stops, release address, and whether you need the car to wait. A wedding photo stop, an airport arrival and a dinner are different lengths. Airports still follow their own pickup rules; a marque does not change a terminal meeting point. Oversize luggage, a child seat and a passenger who needs extra boarding time belong in the note. We will not invent a trunk measurement to answer that.

They are not substitutes we will silently send in place of a Rolls-Royce you asked for.
