For JFK, LaGuardia or Newark, list adults, children, checked bags, carry-ons and strollers separately. A vehicle with enough seats may still lack room for the bags. Request child seats in advance and confirm availability and the required type; do not assume one is carried in every car.
An evening out or a group arrival
A one-way drop-off can suit a dinner with no fixed return plan. If everyone needs to leave a wedding or concert together, arrange the return separately or ask about retaining the vehicle hourly. Give one passenger responsibility for confirming when the party is assembled.
Williamsburg, downtown Brooklyn and southern Brooklyn
Williamsburg hotel and waterfront pickups need the building entrance, not the neighborhood name. A Barclays Center or downtown Brooklyn event needs the organizer’s guest door and a plan for leaving, because the arrival street can close. Southern Brooklyn residential pickups, including a family house with several bags, should list where the passenger can wait if the car cannot hold the curb.
An airport departure from any of these is timed from that address and the airline’s guidance, not from a generic Brooklyn-to-JFK assumption. If some guests are coming from Manhattan and others are already in Brooklyn, those are separate legs.
