NYC sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. The three-hour minimum applies to all four classes.
Rates are in US dollars. Confirm the itinerary and vehicle availability in the written quote. Agree on extra time and any changes to the booked itinerary before travel.
A worked hourly example
A three-hour SUV booking is 3 × $150 = $450 all-in for the agreed itinerary. Five hours is 5 × $150 = $750 all-in. A three-hour Sprinter starts at 3 × $200 = $600; the booking form confirms the final price. Confirm the terms for extra time or itinerary changes.
City and airport transfers
Local point-to-point starting minimums are $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV. They are not universal airport fares. JFK, LaGuardia, Newark, Teterboro, HPN and regional journeys need their own quote with the full pickup and destination addresses.
Send enough detail for one complete quote
Include the date and local pickup time, both addresses, passengers, checked bags and carry-ons. Add the flight and airport meeting requirements when relevant. List every stop and whether the car should wait, plus the return time if the journey is round trip.

What is the minimum hourly booking?

Are airport transfers charged by the hour?
A direct airport transfer is quoted for its addresses, date, vehicle and pickup arrangement. If the vehicle must wait through meetings or make several stops, ask for an hourly or complete-itinerary quote.
What should the total include?

What happens when the itinerary changes?
Contact the booking team before adding a stop, extending a hold or changing the return. Confirm availability, any revised charge and who is authorized to approve it.
