The itinerary comes first

A useful reservation begins with the pickup entrance, destination and time. Airport arrivals also need the flight and meeting arrangement; an hourly day needs the stops and finish location. Send the complete plan so the vehicle request and quote can be confirmed together.

For passengers and the people booking for them

When an assistant, family member or travel coordinator makes the request, identify who is traveling and who can approve changes. Include a passenger contact and any receipt or billing requirements. Account arrangements, special requests and availability need confirmation before travel.

New York and regional journeys

Four vehicle classes

Request a sedan, an SUV, an S-Class or a Sprinter. The sedan and S-Class classes are listed for 3 passengers. The SUV class is listed for up to 6. Sprinter seating and bag space are confirmed for the assigned van. Hourly rates are $120, $150, $175 and $200 an hour, with a three-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV rates are all-in for gratuity and fees. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Airport and intercity trips are quoted for the addresses rather than from those hourly totals.

Make the handoff precise

A Brooklyn pickup needs an entrance

For a Brooklyn pickup, send the street number and the entrance where the party will actually wait. A building name alone can leave the meeting point unclear. If the booking begins at a hotel, apartment building or workplace, identify an entrance that the passenger can reach with the bags. Include the destination in the same request, especially when a day ends at a different address from where it began.

Separate the passenger and coordinator

Keep the passenger contact alongside the person arranging the ride. When someone books for a visitor, agree on who receives pickup messages and who approves a change. For a group, assign a contact to each vehicle rather than sending everyone the same incomplete instructions. Before travel, check that the confirmation matches the requested date, local time, address and vehicle class.

For JFK travel, review the airport’s current transportation information before relying on a saved meeting point. JFK publishes a construction warning affecting private-car access. Allow the flight schedule, baggage collection and the current pickup instructions to shape the plan; an hourly starting rate cannot settle an airport transfer total.
