JFK’s official transportation information warns that construction is affecting private-car access. Review the current guidance when arranging your arrival or departure rather than relying on a previous trip. LaGuardia also publishes separate transportation and terminal-shuttle information. A saved terminal name does not establish where your prearranged chauffeur will meet you; agree on the meeting instructions for your actual reservation.
Make a usable passenger handoff
Keep the operating flight, date, passenger phone number and destination together in the request. Report a changed terminal or flight to the booking contact. Collect your luggage before reporting that the party is ready for pickup, unless you have arranged a different greeting.
