Include the travel date, New York local pickup time, exact origin and destination, preferred vehicle class and a phone number the passenger can use on the day. For Brooklyn or Manhattan pickups, specify the entrance as well as the building. Mention whether the party will be ready together, or whether the chauffeur would need to collect passengers at separate addresses. Each added stop belongs in the original request.

Describe an arrival or a retained car

For an airport arrival, add the operating airline and flight number, arrival date and the passenger contact. State whether you want to discuss a greeting inside the terminal or a pickup after baggage collection. For hourly service, send the stops in order, the approximate time at each stop, and the final release location. Distinguish a car that stays available from a pair of transfers with a long break between them.

Match the people and bags

Count checked cases and carry-ons separately; identify strollers, golf bags or other large items. Send any child-seat or boarding requirement before selecting a class. For several cars, describe the passenger assignments and who can approve an itinerary change. The vehicle class alone does not confirm the luggage arrangement or availability.

Review the response before travel

A sent inquiry needs a reservation confirmation. Compare the written response with your requested route, time, vehicle and passenger details. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in at $120 and $150, with a three-hour minimum. S-Class and Sprinter start at $175 and $200 per hour; the booking form confirms the final price. Request the complete fare for a direct transfer, and ask how changes or additional waiting would be handled.
