Plan the pickup before traveling. Westchester County Airport’s official guidance calls for transportation to be arranged ahead of time; taxi hailing and cruising are not permitted. Your reservation should identify the arrival flight, date, destination and passenger contact.

After landing, collect the bags and bring the full party together before coordinating the car’s approach. The terminal curb is for active pickup and drop-off, with no idle waiting. Follow current airport instructions and the meeting details confirmed for your trip.

Use the complete destination address and entrance. For Manhattan, include the hotel or office and any appointment after arrival. For Westchester destinations, add the town and postcode; for Greenwich, specify the Connecticut address so it is not confused with Greenwich Village.

Tell us about another passenger pickup, a hotel luggage stop or a private-property gate before booking. An airport-to-home transfer and a day of appointments should be quoted for their different stops and waiting requirements.

Send the operating airline, flight number, departure date and origin address. Start with the airline’s recommended airport arrival time, then allow for loading passengers and bags, road conditions and terminal access. Confirm a ready-to-leave pickup time at the home, hotel or office.

A return transfer needs its own itinerary. If a meeting may run late, identify a contact who can report the change and confirm a revised car arrangement. Avoid relying on a fixed drive-time estimate for a flight departure.

Request a sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter based on the party and its bags. Count checked cases and carry-ons separately, and list strollers, golf bags and other equipment with dimensions when useful. Confirm assigned seating and luggage space before the reservation is accepted.

For children, include their ages, sizes and the seat arrangement required, or state that you are bringing your own. Discuss mobility and boarding requirements in advance so the requested vehicle and any additional assistance can be considered.

A direct HPN transfer ends at the agreed address. Hourly service can suit a day with several appointments when the chauffeur should remain available between stops. Send the full sequence, expected waiting and finish location to compare the appropriate arrangement.

Starting hourly rates are $120 sedan, $150 SUV, $230 S-Class and $240 Sprinter, each with a three-hour minimum. These are not HPN airport fares. Ask for a complete quote showing the vehicle, addresses, waiting, tolls, parking and any additional arrangements.

For a private flight, use the FBO address and contact provided by the flight operator, with the tail number and expected arrival. Confirm the passenger meeting point and how updates reach the booking team. A commercial-terminal instruction should not be reused for an FBO arrival, and vehicle access must be confirmed for the particular trip.
