General Questions
You can book through our online reservation system at any time, call us 24/7 at Email us. For airport transfers, we recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability of your preferred vehicle.
We provide car service to all major New York area airports including JFK International Airport, LaGuardia Airport, Newark Liberty International Airport, and Teterboro Airport (for private aviation). We also service Westchester County Airport, Long Island MacArthur Airport, and Stewart International Airport.
Yes, our quoted rates include all tolls, parking fees, and standard gratuity for airport transfers. There are no hidden fees. For hourly charters, tolls and parking are included but gratuity is at your discretion. We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises.
For standard reservations, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. For special events and peak periods, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Please contact us directly for specific policies regarding your booking.
Yes, we monitor all flights in real-time. If your flight is early, we'll be there when you land. If your flight is delayed, we automatically adjust your pickup time at no additional charge. You never have to worry about updating us on flight changes.
