How the event car is used
Madison Square Garden, Javits and a Brooklyn venue do not share an entrance.

Before arriving at the venue
Use the access instructions provided by the event organizer. Large sites such as Madison Square Garden, Javits and Brooklyn venues may have several entrances. Vehicle drop-off is only part of arrival; allow time for walking, ticket checks or registration.
After the event
Agree on a return meeting point and window before the group enters. A blocked street or crowd can make the drop-off location unsuitable for pickup. Keep one passenger reachable and assemble the group before asking the car to approach a permitted location.
One vehicle or several movements
Count the people on each leg, including guests joining later or leaving early. A vehicle sized for the outbound group may not fit the return. For multiple vehicles, assign passengers and contacts in advance and quote staggered departures separately.
Waiting and a changing finish time
A point-to-point booking does not keep the vehicle outside the event. Ask for a separate return or an hourly arrangement and review extra-time charges. If a performance runs late, contact the booking team with the revised expected exit time. The hourly option has a three-hour minimum, so compare the time the car must remain available with the cost and timing of a separate return.
Social plans stay here
This page is for concerts, galas, sport and other social arrivals. A company program with an attendee list, several vehicles and a venue departure window belongs on corporate event transportation. Weddings belong on the wedding page. Booking a social night out does not include conference shuttles, and a conference request should not be written as a single guest drop-off.
Arriving with luggage or event equipment
If you come straight from an airport, include your suitcases in the vehicle request and arrange where they will go during the event. Check the venue’s bag policy before choosing a direct airport-to-venue trip. A hotel stop to leave luggage adds another leg and should be included in the itinerary.
For exhibitors, performers or guests carrying presentation materials, describe the items as well as the passenger count. Share any separate delivery entrance supplied by the organizer so passenger arrival and equipment delivery can be planned together.

Hourly totals if the vehicle is kept through the event. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. A drop-off and a later return can be two transfers instead.

When is the trip confirmed?
An event transfer is confirmed when the guest entrance, the return meeting point or the hourly hold, the vehicle and the price are on the confirmation. A request alone does not keep a car outside the venue.
Can several guests be picked up from different hotels?
Yes, in an order you set before the quote. Simultaneous pickups across hotels need more than one car.
Where do we meet after Madison Square Garden?
Choose a street point from the ticket or organizer guidance before you go in. The drop-off door is often a poor pickup once the crowd comes out.
