6. Wait Time

The quote or reservation confirmation should state when waiting begins, any included allowance and the rate for additional time. Report flight, baggage or passenger delays to the booking contact and confirm any extension before relying on it.

7. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. The consumption of alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and subject to local laws.

8. Liability

9. Lost Items
