Office visits and roadshows
Ask the host which entrance receives visitors and whether the passenger needs time for security or registration. For a series of meetings, send the addresses in order with expected start and finish times. Separate travel time from the time spent inside each building.
Hotels and waterfront destinations
Lower Manhattan hotel and waterfront trips need a full street address, especially when the destination name covers a large site. For a ferry connection, the vehicle drop-off and the ferry boarding location are separate steps; leave time to walk and check the operator’s own boarding requirements.
Airport and New Jersey connections
Newark, JFK and LaGuardia departures should be planned from the actual Downtown origin. Do not apply a Midtown drive-time estimate to every trip. If a meeting runs late, notify the booking contact promptly and review the airport arrival plan before adding another stop.
Late meetings and an evening airport
A Financial District day often runs past the time that looked safe for Newark or JFK. The reservation should say which meeting can be left and who tells the car. If the passenger still has a hotel bag in Midtown, that collection is a stop, not a small favor on the way to the airport.
Battery Park City and World Trade Center addresses need the visitor entrance the host named. A waterfront hotel drop-off is not the ferry pier unless you say so. Give the pier or terminal the passenger will walk to, and leave time for that walk outside the car.

Does a downtown office transfer include waiting through the meeting?
No. Waiting through the meeting is hourly service, or a separately booked return. Say which one you want when you send the itinerary.
Which airport is the usual one from the Financial District?
There isn’t one. Newark, JFK and LaGuardia each need the flight and this building as the origin. A Midtown drive-time guess should not be reused.
