A direct ride versus a car that stays
Point-to-point is a defined pickup and destination. Waiting through an open-ended stop is a different product.

One pickup and destination
Supply full street addresses, the date, ready-to-board time and destination arrival requirement. Include the entrance when a building has several access points. A landmark or neighborhood name alone is insufficient for an accurate itinerary.
Adding stops or waiting
A luggage collection, colleague pickup or short meeting is an additional stop even when it is near the route. Ask how it affects the quote. If the finish time is uncertain or the vehicle must remain available, compare an hourly arrangement with a direct transfer. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum.
Regional and intercity requests
For Long Island, Westchester, Connecticut, New Jersey or a longer intercity trip, include the municipality and postcode. Local point-to-point starting minimums are $130 for a sedan and $160 for an SUV. These are not airport fares or intercity prices; request a complete quote for the actual itinerary and vehicle.
A cruise-terminal connection
For a cruise departure or arrival, send the terminal address, ship, travel date and the cruise line’s boarding or disembarkation instructions. A port name can cover more than one passenger terminal. Allow time for luggage handling and reaching the vehicle after leaving the ship. Request coverage and the current vehicle meeting arrangement for the exact terminal before confirming the transfer; an airport reservation does not include a port connection unless it is listed.
The return journey
Book the return independently unless it is explicitly included in the confirmation. State the pickup address, time and passenger count for that leg. A change to the outbound destination does not automatically revise the return reservation.
Airport, port, and another city
A cruise terminal needs the line’s terminal address, the ship and the boarding or arrival instructions. A port name can hide more than one terminal. An airport transfer uses the airport’s meeting rules and is quoted for that journey, not at the local $130 or $160 minimum.
Boston, Philadelphia, the Hamptons, Greenwich and Westchester are point-to-point only in the sense that they have addresses. Each needs its own quote. The return is a second reservation unless the confirmation lists it.

What does the $130 sedan minimum cover?
It is the local point-to-point starting minimum, not a promise for every neighborhood pair and not an airport fare. The quote for your two addresses is the price that matters.
If I add a 10-minute stop, is it still the same ride?
It is an extra stop. Ask how it changes the quote. If the stop might become an hour, look at hourly service instead.
