Before starting your reservation
Prepare the addresses and timing
Have the travel date, New York local pickup time and complete origin and destination ready. For a Brooklyn or Manhattan building, identify the entrance the party can use with luggage. If you need a return journey, include its own time and pickup point. A return from another location should be described explicitly rather than assumed to reverse the outbound trip. Include each intermediate stop and state whether the chauffeur needs to wait.
For airport travel
Enter the operating airline and flight number with the arrival or departure date. Keep a passenger phone contact available for the meeting instructions. Do not equate an aircraft landing time with being ready at the pickup area: baggage collection and terminal movement are part of the handoff. JFK’s official transportation page currently warns that construction affects private-car access. Check current airport instructions again before travel and coordinate the actual meeting point with the booking contact.
Select the class for the luggage
Count passengers, checked cases and carry-ons separately. Describe oversized items, strollers and any child-seat or boarding requirements before relying on a class. Sedan and S-Class seating is listed for three passengers; SUV seating is listed for up to six. Confirm luggage fit when seats are occupied. For a Sprinter, confirm the assigned seating layout and space for bags. Images illustrate classes and cannot confirm the particular vehicle.
Check the reservation details
Review the itinerary, class, passenger contact and price before accepting the arrangement. NYC sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in at $120 and $150, with a three-hour minimum. S-Class and Sprinter hourly starting rates are $175 and $200; the booking form confirms the final price. A point-to-point quote needs the actual addresses. Confirm the applicable change, waiting and cancellation terms, and save the booking contact with the confirmation.
