Town, address and building access

Give the municipality and postcode along with the street address. A White Plains office, a Yonkers residence and a northern Westchester property need separate timing plans. If an estate or office complex has a gate, provide the entry instructions and a contact who can answer on arrival.

HPN and the New York City airports

For Westchester County Airport, identify HPN and the flight or private-aviation arrival details. Confirm the meeting arrangement for the actual flight and discuss the final destination, including a Greenwich connection, before accepting a quote.

Manhattan meetings and return travel

For a day in Manhattan, send the meeting sequence and the expected finish time. Compare a direct transfer with an hourly booking if the passenger needs the same car between appointments. If the return is separate, confirm its address and pickup time rather than leaving it implied by the outbound reservation.

Manhattan morning, county afternoon, airport evening

A common Westchester day starts at a Manhattan hotel, stops at a county office, and ends at HPN or back in the city. Those are three addresses. If the car is released at the office, the airport leg is a new booking with its own ready time.

If the car stays, hourly service is the format, and the three-hour minimum is the starting comparison, not the price of a one-way White Plains transfer. Greenwich, Connecticut is a different town from any Westchester municipality. Use the postcode so the two are not mixed up.

Hourly rates and minimums

Our three-hour hourly ratesBlack Car Service NY hourly rates multiplied by the three-hour minimum. Sedan and SUV totals are all-in. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. Extra time is confirmed separately. For a direct airport transfer, request a trip quote.

A few useful details

Questions before booking

Can I include an HPN arrival and a Greenwich destination?

Request HPN explicitly and supply the airline flight or FBO details, then give the Greenwich, Connecticut address. Confirm that airport meeting arrangement and onward route together before booking.

Can one reservation cover Manhattan, a Westchester office and HPN?

Yes if you list each stop and say whether the car waits or returns. Commercial HPN and a private FBO are not the same meeting instruction.

Is Yonkers quoted as the Bronx?

No. Use the municipality on the address. The Bronx and Westchester County are planned as different origins and destinations.
