JFK to Brooklyn Group Transfer Guide
A group transfer works best when the passengers, luggage and arrival flights are known before selecting the vehicle. Choose one coordinator for the party and one confirmed Brooklyn destination.

One JFK arrival or several
The Brooklyn address is only useful after you know who is ready.

Build the passenger and bag list
Record adults and children, checked cases, carry-ons, strollers and equipment. Seating and luggage capacity must both fit the assigned configuration. If the party needs several vehicles, decide who travels in each and keep each vehicle’s contact information clear.
One flight or several arrivals
Travelers arriving on different flights may be in different terminals and ready at different times. Compare waiting together with separate transfers before booking. JFK Terminal 5 and 7 car-service arrivals currently use the Howard Beach pickup arrangement; do not assume every party can assemble at one terminal curb.
Agree when the party is ready
The coordinator should confirm that everyone and all bags have arrived before calling the vehicle forward. If one bag is missing or a passenger is delayed, decide whether the group waits or splits. Confirm extra waiting and any additional vehicle before committing to that choice.
Drop-offs in Brooklyn
Give the neighborhood and full entrance address for each stop. A hotel group and a wedding party heading to a venue may need different luggage and arrival plans. Quote multiple hotel drop-offs in the intended order rather than adding them after pickup.
Who says the group is complete
Pick one coordinator to tell the car that everyone and every bag is together. If a bag is missing, decide whether the party waits or someone stays. That choice belongs in a phone call while you are still inside, not at the curb after the vehicle has been called.
Terminal 5 and 7 arrivals currently add the AirTrain ride to Howard Beach. A group with carts needs that time. Brooklyn drop-offs then need the neighborhood and the entrance. Williamsburg, a downtown hotel and a house in another neighborhood should not share a single “Brooklyn” line.

How many people fit in the Sprinter?
Confirm the seats and the luggage space for the van assigned to you. A photo does not set the layout. If bags are large, the people count alone is not enough.
Can children ride without a seat request?
Send each child’s age and the seat type you need, and whether you are bringing it. Do not assume a seat is in the vehicle.
