Send the same trip details
Use the date, airport, flight, destination address, passenger count and luggage in every request. Specify whether the journey includes a hotel stop, waiting through a meeting or multiple drop-offs. Quotes are difficult to compare when one omits part of the itinerary.
Check the items around the fare
Ask whether tolls, parking, taxes, gratuity, airport meeting arrangements and additional waiting are included or charged separately. Confirm when the waiting clock starts and who may approve more time. Do not infer inclusions from the phrase “flat rate.”
Understand the hourly minimum
This site’s published hourly rates are $120 sedan, $150 SUV, $175 S-Class and $200 Sprinter per hour, with a three-hour minimum. The corresponding three-hour totals are $360, $450, $525 and $600. Sedan and SUV hourly rates are all-in. S-Class and Sprinter are starting rates; the booking form confirms the final price. They do not automatically price an airport transfer. Local point-to-point starting minimums are $130 sedan and $160 SUV; they are not airport fares. An airport journey needs its own itinerary quote.
Confirm changes and cancellation
Review the quote’s rules for a changed flight, extra stop, late passenger or cancellation before reserving. Keep the final itinerary and terms together. A submitted inquiry and an estimated price are not a confirmed vehicle reservation.
Compare two quotes only when the trip matches
A sedan to a Midtown hotel and an SUV to Brooklyn with a stop are not the same product. Hold the vehicle class, the bags and the stops still before you compare. A greeter, if you added one, is a different line from the ride.
Intercity trips such as Boston or Philadelphia are another category again. Do not divide an hourly rate into them. If a confirmation is missing the wait rule, ask for that sentence before travel rather than reconstructing it from a blog.
