Galleries, Chelsea Market and the High Line
A gallery name or High Line access point is more useful when paired with its street address. The High Line is a walking destination; a vehicle meets you at a street-level location. For visits to several galleries, choose a final meeting point before separating from the chauffeur.
West Side events and Javits connections
Give the conference or event name and the entrance specified by its organizer. A nearby hotel does not guarantee a quick vehicle transfer when street access changes. Share the event’s transport instructions with the booking contact and agree on the return location separately.
Luggage and an airport leg
If checkout falls before an event, decide whether luggage stays with the hotel or must travel with the party. Include that collection stop in the quote. For a transfer after an event, allow time to leave the venue and collect the bags before the planned airport departure.
Eleventh Avenue events and a hotel on a side street
Javits traffic and a Chelsea hotel a few blocks east are not the same curb. If the passenger checks out, leaves bags, and still needs to make a registration time, put the hotel door, the bag plan and the event entrance in that order.
Gallery names along the west 20s need a street number. If the group will split inside and meet again, choose the corner before you leave the car. An hourly booking is what keeps the vehicle available; a transfer to the first gallery does not.

Can I combine galleries with a Javits event?
Send the gallery stops and the event entrance, plus the time you need to arrive. Request hourly service if the vehicle should remain available between visits, and include the luggage plan.
Can we be dropped at the High Line?
You can be dropped at a street access point you name. The park itself is not a vehicle stop. Say which access point and where you will be collected later.
Is a Javits registration time the same as the pickup time?
No. Leave time to reach the attendee entrance and register after the car stops. Ask the organizer which door cars may use that day.
