Send the first and final addresses and an outline of the shopping stops. If you want the same vehicle available while you visit stores, request hourly service. Tell us about large purchases or garment bags before booking; these compete with passengers’ luggage space.
Hotels and restaurants
Confirm the entrance with the property, particularly when a restaurant or hotel has more than one frontage. The passenger should have the booking contact information before leaving the building. A pickup near a busy junction may need to move to a permitted nearby location, so keep a phone available.
Connecting an outing with a flight
Allow time to retrieve stored luggage before the airport leg. The flight number, departure airport and final hotel stop belong on the original itinerary. Adding an airport journey to an existing city booking requires a revised confirmation rather than an assumption that the same fare applies.

SoHo blocks are short, which tempts people to leave the car and walk the last stop. That works only if you have agreed the final meeting corner and a time. Otherwise the chauffeur is holding a street that may not allow a long stop.
If the party starts at a Broadway hotel and walks into the side streets, put the hotel luggage plan in the reservation before the first boutique. Can the car wait on a SoHo side street while we shop?
Only under an hourly reservation that allows that wait, and only where the curb rules permit. Ask before you go inside. A point-to-point drop-off ends at the door.
We might add a third stop after lunch. When do we say so?
Before the quote is accepted if you already know it. If it appears during the day, the person authorized to add a stop should call rather than assuming the original ride includes it.
