Count the hours you actually hold
List the start door, the stops in order, and the release address. Then estimate the time the car must remain available, including waits you already expect. Driving time alone understates a day of meetings. The reservation uses that held time, not a label that says full day. The minimum is three hours even if you call it a day.
What eight hours starts at
There is no separate full-day price. Published hourly starts are sedan $120, SUV $150, S-Class $230 and Sprinter $240. Eight retained hours start at $960, $1,200, $1,840 and $1,920. Ten hours in a Sprinter starts at $2,400. These figures are the hourly start multiplied by the hours you reserve. They are not a quote for a particular route. When separate rides are clearer
Two airport rides with a long gap, or a morning commute and an evening return, are often clearer as separate transfers. Book those as point-to-point, or as daily car service when they repeat. Keep the full-day booking when you need the same car outside several addresses, when bags stay in the vehicle, or when the next stop is not known until the previous meeting ends.
Geography, extra time and the person who can approve it
Say how far the day may go. A loop inside Manhattan is not the same request as a day that reaches Westchester, an airport or the Hudson Valley. Name the person who may add an hour. The chauffeur should not be left to guess when a dinner runs long. Retaining the car does not allow it to stand in a restricted curb while you are inside. Agree a nearby point and a phone that will be answered.
Class, passengers and the end of the day
Choose the class from the people and bags who will be in the car at the busiest stop, not from the first pickup only. Confirm seating and luggage for the assigned sedan or S-Class. The SUV is listed for up to 6. Sprinter seating is confirmed for the assigned van. The release point is the last address on the confirmation. If you want a hotel drop after dinner, that hotel is the end, and the dinner wait sits inside the hours.

Is a full day the same as daily car service?
No. Full-day means retained hours on that date. Daily means a recurring scheduled trip, such as a commute, without keeping the car all day.

Does the three-hour minimum disappear on a long day?
The minimum still exists, but a day you hold for longer than three hours is priced from the hours reserved. You do not add the minimum on top of those hours.

When should we split the day into transfers?
When there is a long gap and nobody needs the car or the belongings in it. Compare that pair of quotes with the retained hours before you decide.
