What to specify for a private booking
VIP, here, means a chauffeured car with a tight guest list. It does not add security or special access.
| Choice | Fits when | Settle before booking |
|---|---|---|
| S-Class cabin | You want that class rather than a standard sedan. | It is listed for 3 passengers. Luggage is still confirmed separately. |
| Quiet itinerary | Few stops and a named coordinator. | Say who may receive updates. Leave confidential material out of the booking. |
| Private aviation | The flight is Teterboro or another FBO. | The car does not grant ramp access. Use the FBO address the flight team provides. |
One coordinator for the itinerary
Identify who can receive updates and authorize changes. Supply the passenger name needed for the reservation and the practical details required for pickup. Avoid including confidential business material or personal information that is unrelated to the trip.
Quiet travel and vehicle preference
Tell us if a passenger prefers a quiet ride or a particular vehicle class. Confirm the assigned configuration and luggage space before accepting the booking. A request for an S-Class or another class should be recorded explicitly rather than inferred from the term VIP.
Private aviation and arrivals
Provide the FBO and flight-team contact for Teterboro or another confirmed private-aviation trip. A car reservation does not establish airside access. Agree on the passenger meeting location and the process for reporting a revised landing or ready time.
Scope of service
This is chauffeur transportation. Security personnel, protective services, specialist accessibility equipment and special access permissions require separate confirmation and are not implied by a VIP booking. For an event or multi-stop day, set the return plan and extra-time approval contact in advance.
Limits that should be clear before the day
A chauffeur is not a security detail. Protective services, special building permissions and specialist accessibility equipment need their own confirmation. If the passenger uses a wheelchair, say so; an ordinary sedan is not automatically accessible.
If the day includes an event and a hotel, decide whether the car is released at the venue. The S-Class request should be written on the reservation, not inferred from the word VIP. Anyone who may change the route should be named before travel.

Questions before booking
When is the trip confirmed?
A private booking is confirmed when the class, the coordinator, the itinerary and the price are on the confirmation. Security or special access is included only when the confirmation says so.
Does a VIP booking include a bodyguard or a specific model?
No. It is chauffeur transportation in a requested class. Security and a particular vehicle configuration have to be confirmed separately.
How do I request the S-Class?
Ask for the S-Class class. The three-hour hourly start is $525 before extras. Confirm the assigned car and the bags.
