Manhattan to Westchester Chauffeur Service Guide

Make the geography explicit
Use the Westchester County town and postcode. White Plains, Yonkers and other county locations should be timed from their actual addresses, with any intermediate stop included. Supply the full destination and entrance when the passenger is visiting a large office complex or private property.
Meeting or private-property access
For offices, include visitor registration time after drop-off. For a gated property, supply the agreed entrance and a contact for access. Share only information needed for the trip; the driver does not need the confidential substance of a meeting.
Decide whether to retain the car
A fixed one-way visit and a multi-stop day need different service arrangements. List the time inside each appointment and the final destination when requesting an hourly quote. If the return is separate, confirm its address and time independently.
A flight connection
Identify HPN, JFK, LaGuardia or Newark explicitly and provide the flight details. A county transfer does not imply an airport leg. Include luggage, stops and the airline’s arrival requirement before choosing a pickup time.
White Plains, Yonkers, and a house with a gate
Use the municipality and postcode. A White Plains office park can have several entrances. Yonkers is not the Bronx and should not be booked as one. A gated property needs the entrance the host named and a person who can admit the car.
If the passenger returns to a Manhattan dinner, that restaurant door is part of the day only when you include it. Otherwise the county drop-off is the end. Greenwich, Connecticut is outside this county page and needs its own address.

Is a Westchester day automatically hourly?
No. A fixed one-way ride can be a transfer. Hourly service is for a car that stays. Compare them with the real gaps.
Can we add HPN after a house stop?
Yes, on the same request if you know the flight or FBO. The house and the airport are two addresses.
