What the delay changes
A late aircraft, a slow claim, and an extra city stop are different approvals.

Ask before confirming
Check whether waiting is measured from scheduled landing, actual landing, an agreed pickup time or another stated point. Ask how a flight delay, immigration delay and delayed baggage are handled. These are separate situations and should not be assumed to have identical terms.
Give a factual readiness update
Tell the booking contact whether the passenger is still on the aircraft, at immigration, collecting bags or at the meeting point. An estimate is useful when available, but do not invent one. Notify the team before an agreed allowance expires when the delay is already apparent.
Approve a revised arrangement
The passenger or named coordinator should decide whether to wait, revise the pickup or split the party. Ask for any extra charge and availability effect to be explained before approving the change. Record the revised plan so the passenger and chauffeur receive the same instruction.
Avoid double assumptions
Flight information does not prove that a passenger is ready, and a delayed flight does not automatically revise every booking term. A one-way airport transfer also does not become an unlimited hourly booking. Resolve the actual arrangement with the booking team rather than relying on a general website statement.
Read the quote for the clock
This site does not publish a universal free-wait number in this guide. The confirmation is where any allowance and the charge for extra time should appear. Ask for that sentence before you travel if it is missing.
Approve delays in a straight line: passenger sees the delay, coordinator approves, booking contact records it. A driver should not be asked to invent a grace period at the curb. If the city meeting is the thing that breaks, change the city plan rather than spending the wait at the airport by default.

No. Tracking can show the aircraft. It does not show that you have your bags or that you want the car to keep waiting.

Whoever the reservation says is responsible, at the terms in the quote. Ask before the trip if that is unclear.
