Airport Vehicle, Luggage and Boarding Guide
Choose a vehicle using both passenger count and a bag inventory. The advertised seat count does not prove that the same vehicle can carry every traveler and all their luggage.

People and bags are separate
Choose the class from both, then the airport timing.

Count the items that take space
List checked cases, carry-ons, strollers, folded mobility aids, golf bags and other large equipment separately. Give approximate dimensions for unusually large items. Do not count a stroller or sports bag as though it were an ordinary carry-on.
Confirm the actual configuration
Compare sedan, SUV, S-Class and Sprinter classes, then confirm the assigned vehicle’s seating and usable luggage space. A standard sedan may suit a small party with light bags; an SUV or Sprinter may be needed as passengers or equipment increase. The S-Class is a separate sedan class for passengers requesting that cabin, and its luggage fit still needs checking. Heavy luggage can require more space even when every seat is not occupied.
Children and boarding needs
Request the type and number of child seats in advance and confirm availability. Explain boarding or step-height needs without sending unnecessary medical details. An ordinary chauffeur vehicle is not automatically wheelchair accessible or medical transport.
Build in assembly time
Passengers may finish baggage collection at different times. Choose a group contact, assemble the bags and confirm everyone is ready before asking the car to approach. If the party exceeds the confirmed capacity, contact the booking team; do not solve it by carrying passengers or luggage unsafely.
Strollers, skis, and a trunk that looked fine
List strollers unfolded or folded, golf bags, and garment bags beside the suitcase count. Two passengers with four large cases can need an SUV even though a sedan has three seats. The S-Class is still a three-passenger sedan. Its cabin does not replace a bag check.
Timing follows the class only in the sense that a group takes longer to meet and load. At LaGuardia, a garage or inner lane still applies. At JFK Terminals 5 and 7, carts and the AirTrain need time before anyone is at Howard Beach. Call ready when the whole load is together.

Will an Escalade take six people and six large bags?
The class is listed for up to six passengers. Luggage fit is confirmed for the assigned vehicle, especially when every seat is used. Do not assume both maximums at once.
Can I bring a child seat?
Request it with the child’s age and size, and say if you are supplying the seat. Confirm it is on the reservation.
