Which Hamptons plan
The East End town and the return day matter more than the word Hamptons.

Borough and airport origins
Specify whether the journey starts at a home, hotel or airport. For an airport start, include the flight and arrival meeting requirements before the onward drive. A Manhattan example fare does not establish the price from JFK, LaGuardia or a Brooklyn address.
Town, equipment and group size
Identify the final town and address in the East End. List golf bags, beach equipment, strollers and large cases separately. The number of seats does not establish baggage capacity. When more than one vehicle is needed, agree on the passenger split and destination for each.
Multi-stop and event itineraries
Include property check-in, a restaurant stop or a second-house drop-off in the quote. For a wedding or weekend return, state who can authorize changes and how the return pickup will be confirmed. Do not count on keeping a transfer vehicle available after the booked drop-off.
From which New York door the weekend actually starts
A Hamptons car might leave a Manhattan hotel, a Brooklyn home or a Queens address. Those are different origins. If a shop stop or a child’s equipment is added in the city, it belongs on the request before you choose SUV or Sprinter.
Weekend traffic is a reason to leave slack around a dinner reservation, not a number we can promise. If the car is not staying for the weekend, the host needs a local plan after drop-off. Overnight use of the vehicle is a separate arrangement from the arrival transfer.

Which towns count for this route?
The town on your address. Send the East End municipality and postcode rather than only “the Hamptons.”
Can the same car do the Sunday airport?
Only if that flight, house and time are booked. An arrival on Friday does not reserve the vehicle until Sunday.
