What to send before the first meeting
Name the passenger and a separate coordinator if someone else may add a stop. List buildings in order, the visitor entrance for each, and the time the passenger must be inside, not the time the car should merely be nearby. If the day begins on a flight, include the operating airline, flight number and whether luggage stays with the passenger between meetings.
Airport, office, then another office

The release point and the receipt
Say where the reservation ends: a hotel door, the last office or an airport departure. The release point belongs on the confirmation with the class and the price. Ask for the billing contact before the day if a company should receive the receipt. A company email address does not open an account.
