A monthly arrangement is a request to repeat an agreed schedule across a month. It is not a published subscription, a block of prepaid hours, or a guarantee of one driver.

What a monthly request must settle
If a line is not on the confirmation, it is not part of the arrangement.

What to put in the request
Start from the daily pattern: days, ready times, doors and passengers. Then add the calendar span you want discussed, the billing contact, and how a cancelled morning should be treated. If some days are office rides and some days are airport rides, split them. One note that says 'as needed' is not a schedule anyone can confirm.
Nothing on this page is a package price
There is no published monthly fee, hourly bundle or unlimited plan. Direct trips are quoted for their addresses. If a trip keeps the car waiting, the published hourly starts apply: sedan $120, SUV $150, S-Class $230, Sprinter $240, three-hour minimum. A confirmation has to state the rate basis, what a missed day costs, and who receives the invoice. Until those lines are written, you do not have a monthly arrangement.
Driver, car and substitutes
You can ask for the same chauffeur and the same class. Ask the confirmation to say what happens when that person or that car is not available. A substitute sedan is not an S-Class, and a substitute is not a failure you can assume will be handled a certain way unless the note says so. Passenger counts that change on Fridays should be in the request, because an SUV and a sedan are different quotes.
Billing without an invented account
Name the person who approves added stops and the address for receipts. A company name on an email does not create credit terms. If you need a single invoice for the month, say that before the first trip. We do not publish net terms, a deposit schedule or a minimum monthly spend.

Daily car service describes the repeating trip itself. Monthly car service is the longer request around that trip: the span, the invoice and the cancellation note you want confirmed. Neither one is a full-day hold. If a particular date needs the car for meetings all afternoon, book that date as hourly or full-day service instead of stretching the commute note.

Do you sell a monthly chauffeur subscription?
No. You can request a repeating schedule and a monthly invoice. The price, cancellation handling and any driver continuity have to be on the confirmation.
Is a dedicated driver included?

Can unused days roll forward?
Not as a published rule. Ask for the cancellation line in writing before you rely on a credit or a waived trip.
