UNGA transportation is a chauffeured itinerary during United Nations General Assembly week. Send the hotels, the addresses you are allowed to use, and the flights. Road rules for that year come from official notices, not from this page.

What UN week still requires from you
The car is ordinary chauffeured service. The week is not an ordinary traffic week.

Build the week from addresses you already have
List each delegation movement separately: airport to hotel, hotel to a mission or office, and the return. Include headcount, language if the coordinator needs it only as a contact note, and luggage that must move with the people. A mission address and a hotel address are not interchangeable pickup points. If your host has given a specific door, send that note with the booking. Do not send confidential briefing papers.
Access changes every year, and we do not publish it
Street closures, credential rules and motorcade restrictions are set by the authorities for that session. They are not standing facts this site can reprint. Before travel, read the current United Nations and New York City notices for the dates you are in town. We do not issue UN passes, police placards or building access. If a street is closed to the vehicle class you booked, the confirmation cannot override that. Plan a walk from a lawful meeting point when the notice requires it.
Flights and split arrivals
Delegations rarely land as one group. Put each flight number, terminal and a passenger contact on its own line. People who are ready should not be held for a later flight unless you ask for that wait and accept the time. JFK, LaGuardia and Newark are different meetings. Newark adds a crossing that belongs in the quote. A late inbound does not move a headquarters appointment by itself; name the person who may drop a stop.
Vehicles and published hourly starts
Request a sedan, SUV, S-Class or Sprinter from the published classes. Hourly starts are $120, $150, $230 and $240, with a three-hour minimum when the car is retained between meetings. Three hours starts at $360, $450, $690 or $720 before tolls, parking and extra time. Direct airport transfers are quoted for the addresses rather than taken from that chart. Sprinter seating and bag space must be confirmed for the assigned van. Several principals leaving different hotels at the same minute need several cars.
What to leave off the request
Do not ask this booking to provide armed security, a closed street or a guaranteed route through a restricted zone. Say whether the car is only for staff movements or also for principals, because those schedules slip in different ways. One coordinator should approve extra time. Receipts can be addressed to a billing contact you name in advance. A mission email does not create an account.

Published hourly starts apply when the car is retained. They are not a UN-week surcharge and they are not an access fee.

Questions before booking
Can you get our car through a UN security checkpoint?
No. We do not issue credentials or claim access. Use the current official notice for that year, and book to a meeting point the vehicle is allowed to use.
Will you tell us which streets are closed?
No. Closures are dated and official. Check the United Nations and New York City notices for your dates. This page does not keep a closure list.
How should a hotel-to-meeting day be priced?
If the car waits, use the hourly start for the class and the hours held. The three-hour sedan start is $360 before tolls, parking and extra time. A single ride with no wait is quoted for the two addresses.
Can one van cover the whole delegation?
Only if those people share the pickup and the assigned Sprinter seats them with their bags. Confirm the layout. Split parties need split cars.
Is this the same as a corporate offsite?
The vehicles are the same published classes. The difference is the week: you must follow that session's access rules, which we do not set and do not reprint as if they were permanent.
