Leaving JFK
For Terminal 5 and 7 arrivals, the airport’s ongoing advisory directs car-service passengers by AirTrain to the Howard Beach pickup lot. Other arrivals need their own confirmed instructions. Allow for deplaning, immigration when applicable, baggage collection and reaching the meeting point; a flight landing time is not a curb pickup time.
Choosing the Manhattan drop-off
Give the hotel name and street address or the office visitor entrance. Midtown, the Financial District and the Upper West Side are different destinations. If the passenger has a meeting, tell us its start time and allow for walking and building check-in after the car arrives.
Bags, delays and extra stops
Count checked bags and carry-ons separately and mention strollers or equipment. If the group splits at baggage claim, agree who will travel before releasing the car. Ask for waiting terms and added-stop charges in the quote; a second hotel drop-off needs to be included in the itinerary.
Direct to the hotel or a car through the day
Choose a direct transfer for the agreed JFK pickup and Manhattan destination. If you need the car while you check in, change or attend meetings, request the expected waiting and further stops as part of the itinerary. Hourly service has a three-hour minimum; an airport transfer needs its own route quote.
For a return to JFK, send the departure flight and date, origin entrance and desired airport arrival time. Allow for loading the car, road conditions and the airline’s check-in requirements instead of simply reversing the arrival plan.
Which Manhattan door receives an international arrival
A delayed baggage hall changes the Manhattan appointment, not the other way around. If the meeting cannot move, decide in advance whether the passenger goes straight there or stops at the hotel with bags. Those are different quotes.
Upper West Side, Midtown and Downtown hotels should be written as addresses. A second passenger arriving on a different JFK flight should not be added to this car unless you want the first traveler to wait, and you accept the waiting terms on the quote.

Can the driver stop at two Manhattan hotels?

Does the driver come to the jet bridge?
Ask for the meeting arrangement you want before booking. An inside meeting does not move the vehicle pickup if the airport requires Howard Beach or another lot.
